Evolve projects combine to provide support and education for children, young people and communities in a variety of ways.

We know that children thrive in families and communties that are skilled and connected and that can provide the supports to help them and their families in tough times.

Evolve includes Parenting Education, Supported Playgroups, Community Hubs, Support for Young Parents and parents of a child with a disability as well as Gateway's Mentoring Project with Early Childhood Services and 'Walk With' the Disaster Recovery Resource tool for workers and community groups.

Evolve understands that it does take a 'village to raise a child...' and provides the necessary supports for children to thrive.

Evolve workers have the skills and training to support parents and communities that need extra support.
