Art Exhibition - Me, Myself & Art: My Art Therapy Journey

This exhibition invites you into the world of Art Therapy—a celebration of creativity and the pathways it offers for expression, discovery and healing.

Featuring the work of local children, young people, adults and the Art Therapists who walk alongside them, "Me, Myself & Art" reflects on the many ways Art Therapy can help us to use our body, senses and creativity to express what words sometimes cannot.

In Art Therapy, it isn’t about making perfect pictures, but being supported in allowing feelings, stories, and resilience to unfold.

We welcome you to join in this journey and be inspired by the stories and imagery we are so privileged to witness.
