Celebrating the creativity and voices of neurodivergent young people
Visit the Under the Same Umbrella Art Exhibition — a vibrant showcase of artwork created by young people who participated in our "Thriving Together" neuro‑affirming art therapy groups in Penrith and Katoomba.
The exhibition features a collection of artworks created during our neuro‑affirming art therapy program for young people aged 12–16 years. Guided by registered Art Therapists, participants explored identity, connection and self‑expression in a safe, sensory‑aware environment designed specifically for neurodivergent young people.
Over eight weeks, participants explored identity, strengths and lived experience through colour, texture, movement and imagination.
This exhibition brings their work into the community, offering a thoughtful, expressive and deeply personal look at what neurodivergence means to them. The pieces on display reflect the creativity, courage and unique perspectives of each participant.
